My approach to massage is personal.
After experiencing a significant back injury while training in 2008, I began using massage therapy alongside physical therapy during my recovery. Experiencing firsthand how much skilled bodywork could help changed the direction of my career.  
I became a licensed massage therapist in 2010 and have since spent more than 15 years helping clients manage muscular tension, recover from physically demanding lifestyles, and simply feel better in their bodies.  
My work has developed a particular emphasis on the low back, posture-related tension, neck and shoulder discomfort, headaches, and helping clients understand habits that may contribute to recurring muscular tension.  
Because mobile massage takes place in your home, professionalism and trust are especially important to me.
