  • Ideally, a clear floor area of about 8 feet by 5 feet is best. This allows enough room for the massage table (which is typically 6 feet long) and space for the therapist to move 360 degrees around it. If space is tight, we can often adjust by moving a small coffee table or chair.

  • Not a thing! We bring a professional-grade portable table, fresh sanitized linens, high-quality oils/lotions, and even a Bluetooth speaker for ambient music. All you need to provide is a warm, quiet room and a place for the therapist to wash their hands before and after the session.

  • Your comfort is the priority. Most clients undress to their undergarments or completely, but you should only undress to your level of comfort. You will be professionally "draped" with a sheet at all times; only the specific area being worked on (like your back or one leg) will be uncovered.

  • To ensure your session starts on time, please let us know if there are specific parking instructions (e.g., guest spots, gate codes, or steep driveways). We typically arrive 15 minutes early to unload equipment and set up the "mobile spa" environment in your home.

  • We love pets, but for the safest and most relaxing experience, we recommend keeping pets and young children in a separate room during the treatment. This prevents tripping hazards around the table and ensures you can fully disconnect and enjoy your session without interruptions.

  • Because we block out travel time specifically for your location, we require 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may be subject to a fee (typically 50% of the service price) to cover the therapist's lost time and travel costs.

  • Safety is our top priority. For new clients, we require a full name, contact information, and a brief health intake form prior to arrival. Our therapists also share their GPS schedules with a dispatch contact. We reserve the right to decline or terminate a session if the environment feels unsafe or if professional boundaries are crossed.
